What gets me out of bed


Wanna feel inspired to start every day invigorated and energised?

I am going to share with you what motivates me to get out of bed.

#1 Just do it! 
I don't allow myself to start debating in my mind, trying to find arguments why eating a donut today would be a better idea and that I can probably exercise tomorrow. You gotta do it. It's non-negotiable. Once you start and stick to it - it becomes a habit. The more often I do sports, the easier and more pleasant it gets.


Not convinced? I thought so...


#2 Activewear for Active Living
You gotta own workout clothes that you feel comfortable wearing. Invest into pieces that you are going to want to wear often. And don't forget about sport equipment (water bottle, jumping rope, weights etc.). Like that you will trick yourself into doing sports more often. You only invest in your healthy and beautiful body!

#3 Music.
Exercise makes me feel determined and powerful. I love to run outdoors and what really gets me out there and makes me move is music. I love running to La Belle Musique or any current hits really - anything that has some nice beats in it. So put those headphones on - music should be a part of everything in life

#4 Enjoy it!
Find what works for you! Some people prefer swimming over running. Others love cycling. Best is to pick a couple of different activities that you enjoy and do those. The most important is that you enjoy what you are doing every time you do it.

#5 Body awareness
It's summertime - put on some shorts and a crop top (or put on a bikini) and go check yourself in the mirror. Do you like what you see?
