Easy Brownies - recipe

Hi loves!

Guess what I have for you today? Yes, it's for y'all who have a major sweet tooth. It's another recipe. Really simple. It's classic brownies. Honestly, what can be better than home made brownies that you can enjoy on your day off?
I really love this recipe bcuz it is soooo simple and the brownies turn out really delish.

What you need:
  • Dark chololate - 200 grams
  • Butter - 200 grams
  • Sugar - 200 grams (u can totally use brown sugar for more healthy brownies. I dont have brown sugar at hand at the mo, so I just used white caster sugar.)
  • 4 eggs
  • Flour - 100 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of coffee (optional) - to really bring out the flavour of chocolate
  • Walnuts (optional) - you can add as much as you like: just eyeball it. But don't add too too much, don't lose the touch with reality. (You can also add any other kind of nuts that u like really. U can totally skip the nuts if u don't like them or can't eat them for some reason.)

And this is how we make it:
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt your chocolate and butter and then whisk it a bit.
  3. Beat eggs together with sugar.
  4. Let the melted chocolate-butter mixture cool a bit and then add to the egg batter.
  5. Mix the baking powder, coffee and nuts into the flour and add this to the batter.
  6. Mix everything carefully with a spatula.
  7. Get your baking pan, wet it with cold water and line it with pechment paper while wet (don't dry it).
  8. Pour the batter into the baking pan.
  9. Bake for about 20-25 min, or until you insert a toothpick or a spaghetti in it and it comes out dry and clean.
  10. Take out. Cut in squares with a sharp knive.
  11. Let cool completely and enjoy.

So yea, this is one of the ways how I bring sweetness to my days. If you end up trying this recipe let me know how it turned out in the comments.
I hope all of you are having a wonderful day!
